1.2 Megawatt Solar Power Plant from CW Enerji to Erzincan

CW Enerji, which manufactures solar panels in Antalya Organised Industrial Zone, has completed the provisional acceptance of the solar power plant with a total installed capacity of 1.2 megawatts in Erzincan province. The 1.2 megawatt capacity installation will generate 1 million 853 thousand 800 kilowatt hours of electricity per year.

CW Enerji has completed the installation and provisional acceptance of the land-type solar power plant (SPP) with a total power of 1196.6 kWp (Kilowatt-Peak), which was built in the Central district of Erzincan province in accordance with the Unlicensed Electricity Generation Regulation in the Electricity Market No. 28783 dated 02.10.2013.

In the 1196.6 kWp SPP project, 3860 CWT310-60MP brand model solar panels manufactured by CW Enerji and 15 Huawei SUN2000-60KTL and 2 Huawei SUN2000-36KTL inverters were used. This SPP project, in whichCWEnerji, as the contractor company, carried out panel supply, engineering and EPC (implementation), was completed in 28 days. The provisional acceptance of the project was received on 03 December 2018 and it has been made ready for operation.

The completed project, with a capacity of 1196.6 kWp, will be able to meet the electricity of an average of 1047 households per year with renewable energy and it will be possible to reduce the emission of 1391 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2), 4.1 tonnes of sulphur dioxide (SO2) and 1.5 tonnes of nitrogen oxide (NOx) gas per year. The 1196.6 kWp solar power plant is planned to generate an average of 5,078.904 kWp of electricity per day and 1,853,800.00 kWp per year.

The company, which carries out the turnkey installation and panel supply of over 400 megawatts of solar power plants in Türkiye, had installed and commissioned a land-type solar power plant with an installed capacity of 2 megawatts in Erzincan province in September last year.
