CW Enerji, which took action after the earthquake, the epicentre of which was in Pazarcık and Elbistan districts of Kahramanmaraş and had an impact on the surrounding provinces, provided both humanitarian aid and technical support.
Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CW Enerji, said that they were deeply saddened by the earthquake, which was felt in many provinces. Sarvan said, ‘The earthquake deeply saddened us all. First of all, we convey our get well wishes to all our citizens affected by the earthquake; We wish God's mercy to our citizens who lost their lives in the earthquake and urgent healing to our injured citizens. Speaking about the aids, Sarvan said, ‘We took action from the second day of the earthquake and carried out activities to support the disaster area. We fully supported the earthquake region with our 44-person expert team. We participated in live search operations with a drone with a thermal camera. We sent water and bread, which are basic needs in the disaster area. We contributed to meet the need for electricity through our dealers in the region by sending thousands of solar panels to the disaster area. We sent an aid truck containing containers, fuel, food, blankets, winter clothes, generators, heating fans, electrical materials, excavation materials and power banks, and an excavator breaker to support rescue operations.’
Stating that they will stand by our citizens who suffered after the earthquake, Sarvan noted that they will continue to do their best for the people of the region.
