CW Enerji, operating in Antalya Organised Industrial Zone, has completed the provisional acceptance of HALİL EYMEN SARAÇ Solar Power Plant (SPP ) with a total installed capacity of 1.2 megawatts in Manisa province Kula district.
CW Enerji completed the installation and provisional acceptance of the 1.2 megawatt (MW) land-type solar power plant in Kula district of Manisa province in accordance with the Unlicensed Electricity Generation Regulation in the Electricity Market No. 28783 dated 02.10.2013.
4554 CWT/ 275-60P solar panels manufactured by CW Enerji and 16 Huawei SUN2000-60KTL and 1 Huawei SUN2000-40KTL inverters were used in the 1.2 MW SPP project. The SPP project, in whichCWEnerji, as the contractor company, carried out panel supply, engineering and EPC (implementation), was completed in 24 days and the turnkey delivery was made. The provisional acceptance of the project was received on 29 September 2018 and it has been made ready for operation.
The completed project, with its 1.2 MW capacity installation, will be able to meet the electricity of an average of 1095 households per year with renewable energy and will support the reduction of 1456 tonnes of CO2, 4.3 tonnes of SO2 and 1.6 tonnes of NOx gas emissions per year. The 1.2 MW solar power plant is planned to generate an average of 5,316,712 kWp of electricity per day and 1,940,600 kWp per year.
Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors ofCW Enerji, stated that they are carrying out a meticulous work in the Manisa province Kula district land SPP project and said, ‘An environmentally friendly, clean energy source such as the sun, which is unlimited and free of charge, should be utilised to the fullest. While the use of solar power plants in energy production was a matter of preference until 5-6 years ago, it has now become a necessity. Now, not only in Türkiye, all developed and developing countries in the world have to switch to solar energy in electricity generation.’
