Highest Employment Award Given to Domestic Solar Panel Manufacturer

Antalya Organised Industrial Zone management awarded its most successful members in 14 different categories in 2016.

Antalya-based domestic panel manufacturer CW Enerji ranked first in the ‘Company with the highest employment increase’ category and fifth in the ‘Company with the highest investment’ category. CW Enerji Chairman of the Board Tarık Sarvan and CW Enerji General Manager Volkan Yılmaz received the awards at the ceremony held in Antalya last week.

In his speech at the award ceremony, Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors ofCW Enerji, said: ‘We are proud to make significant contributions to the employment, industry and export of Antalya and our country. This is a team work. I congratulate all the companies that were deemed worthy of the most successful companies of the year award given by AOSB, and I wish Antalya and our country to reach even better places.’

CW Enerji, which currently employs 1,000 people, aims to reach an annual production capacity of 920 MW in the first months of 2018 with new factory and capacity increase investments.

Increasing the employment figure to 2,000 and exporting 50 per cent of its production are among the company's targets.
