Donation from CW Enerji to Mehmetçik Foundation

- CW Enerji, which donated 105,550.00 Turkish Liras to the TAF Mehmetçik Foundation, received a plaque of appreciation from the TAF Mehmetçik Foundation.

- Ahmet Tuncer, Izmir Representative of TAF Mehmetçik Foundation, presented a plaque of appreciation to Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CW Enerji and Volkan Yılmaz, General Manager of CW Enerji, who donated 105,550.00 Turkish Liras to TAF (Turkish Armed Forces) Mehmetçik Foundation.

Based on the donation made by Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors ofCW Enerji, to TAF Mehmetçik Foundation on 14 February 2018, Ahmet Tuncer, Izmir Representative of TAF Mehmetçik Foundation, visited our company. Speaking during the visit, Ahmet Tuncer, TAF Mehmetçik Foundation Izmir Representative, thanked Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CW Enerji, and Volkan Yılmaz, General Manager of CW Enerji, for their donation to the TAF Mehmetçik Foundation and said:

‘You have made a significant contribution with your donation of 105,550.00 TL in total to the Turkish Armed Forces Mehmetçik Foundation, which provides social and economic support to the dependent relatives of our Mehmetçiks who were martyred or who lost their lives for any reason by disregarding their lives for the security, peace and welfare of our homeland and nation, and to our veterans and disabled Mehmetçiks, provides educational assistance to their children, including university level, and draws its strength from the superior sense of humanity and solidarity of our Great Nation. We would like to thank you for your donation to our foundation, and in return for this contribution, we present our silver plaque certificate and certificate as a token of gratitude to the heroic Mehmetçiks.’

Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors ofCW Enerji, thanked Ahmet Tuncer, Izmir Representative of TAF Mehmetçik Foundation. He said that they are proud to support the Mehmetçik Foundation, which provides assistance to the families of martyrs in order to support the ‘Operation Olive Branch’ operation carried out by the Turkish Army in Afrin, to alleviate the suffering of the families of martyrs, and most of all to show the Turkish Nation's spirit of solidarity in difficult times to enemies. Giving the message that they stand by the Turkish Army and the families of martyrs forever, Tarık Sarvan said, ‘Even though the donated figures are symbolic, the message given is strong and meaningful. As theCW Enerji family, we are also making our donation. In this process, everyone, no matter how big or small, should take a hand. We entrust all the Mehmetçikleri to Allah. May God increase the strength of our Turkish Army, may God help and assist them.’
