Domestic Solar Panel Export from CW Enerji to the Whole World

CW Enerji Mühendislik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., as a production and service company operating in the photovoltaic power generation sector established in 2010, continues its activities as the domestic solar panel manufacturer with the largest market share in Türkiye's solar power plant installed capacity and the most used solar panel brand in total installed capacity. The company provides domestic solar panel production with national technology and domestic workforce in Antalya Organised Industrial Zone and exports panels produced in its factory in AOSB to 13 countries.

Türkiye's leading solar panel manufacturer CW Enerji, which produces solar panels with the best raw materials and zero micro-crack quality, Chairman of the Board of Directors Tarık Sarvan evaluated the activities of 2017 and gave information about the capacities they will further expand in 2018.

Sarvan said, ‘CW Enerji is Türkiye's largest solar panel manufacturer with a production capacity of 500MW/year in AOSB and will be by far the largest solar panel manufacturer in Europe by increasing its production capacity to 1GW/year by July 2018. In addition, at the end of 2018, we are preparing to commission another factory in Antalya Free Zone, which we plan to start with a production capacity of 250 MW in the first stage and increase it up to 500 MW. CW Enerji provides services in the fields of investment and technical consultancy, project design, system design, power plant installations, licence acquisition and operation ofsolar power plants (SPP), as well as planning, project design, finance and implementation and general maintenance of projects above and below 1 MW in accordance with the unlicensed generation regulation. In addition to industrial installations, it also offers solutions for domestic roof installations. CW Enerji Mühendislik Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd. Şti. has been manufacturing solar panels in Europe and China as well as Türkiye since 2009. CW Enerji's services include grid-connected (On-Grid) systems as well as off-grid systems, solar irrigation systems, led lighting systems, solar camera systems and electric vehicle charging stations turnkey applications.’

‘Zero Micro Cracks’

Underlining that they have made quality production in international standards by using advanced technological facilities with their expert R&D and P&D staff, Sarvan said that in order to comply with the requirements of the quality management system, they have determined the quality policy in accordance with international standards and commercial ethics at every stage of PV solar panel production and within the same purpose with all business partners with whom they communicate. Tarık Sarvan stated that they maintain their quality policy in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 50001:2011, ISO 10002:2014, UL, IEC standards and that they have their products tested by independent test institutions such as TSE, TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland, SGS in order to ensure certification compliance and regulatory standards. Sarvan emphasised that they continue to produce solar panels with zero micro-crack quality with the best raw materials in the production phase with expert personnel and that they always prioritise customer satisfaction.

Targeting new markets in America, Europe and Africa, the company exports to approximately 13 countries, especially Germany, Romania, Switzerland, Iran, Morocco, Kosovo, Tunisia, Syria, Iraq from its factories in Antalya, and with its new factories, the company will further expand its export network with at least 20-25 countries.

‘Houses of the Century will be Designed’

Stating that R&D and P&D studies are indispensable forCW Enerji, Sarvan said, ‘There are nearly 100 engineers in our company. With our R&D and P&D team of 20 people, we develop innovative products. Developed by our engineers for the first time in Türkiye, we have developed a special waterproof roof tile for our roofs, which we call the roof tile of the century. We have produced our sealed solar panels suitable for the roof, which we call the roof tile of the century, as a system with special rubber, suitable for the roof, impermeable to water-air-moisture-temperature, resistant to all weather conditions. You can use the sealed solar panel frame system suitable for the roof either as a roof tile or as a sandwich panel. With these tiles, which can also provide insulation, we have made it possible for you to meet your electrical energy from the sun.’ and stated that the new national panels, which they plan to export primarily to Europe and the Arabian Peninsula, will be available in our country through dealers.
