CW Enerji Starts Mass Production of Small Panels with 10 Wp Power

Türkiye's leading solar panel manufacturer CW Enerji, which adds a new one to its innovative products every day, has started mass production of 10 Wp solar panels, one of the most popular products in small solar panel production. WhileCW Enerji works on order in small panels ranging from 5 W to 165 W, it mass produces large panels over 260 Wp.

CW Enerji, which serves in Antalya Organized Industrial Zone, produces photovoltaic technology-based on/off-grid solar power generation systems, turnkey installation of these systems, wholesale and retail sales of all main products of the system, solar power plant (SPP) engineering services, SPP financing solutions and photovoltaic solar panel production, which is the basic element of solar power plants. CW Enerji, the only company in Türkiye that can offer every element of a solar power generation system from A to Z, employs one thousand people with a total annual capacity of 420 MW/year.

Carrying out activities within the framework of electricity generation from solar energy, CW Enerji has dedicated its existence to promoting the sector and popularizing the use of renewable energy throughout Türkiye.

Recently, the company added small panels ranging from 5 W to 165 W to its portfolio of 260 Wp and above polycrystalline and monocrystalline solar panels and started mass production of the most preferred 10 Wp small panel production.

Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CW Enerji, said that they started mass production by producing 30 thousand units of 10 Wp panels, which are mostly used for signalization signaling systems, chlorination systems, vineyard-garden houses, shepherd houses, beekeepers, led armators, ground lighting systems. Stating that they will sell 70 percent of the 30 thousand 10 Wp small panel production to the domestic market, Sarvan said that they aim to export 30 percent to Europe, Africa, Morocco Tunisia Kosovo and Iran.

Stating that small panels were developed with special cut cell technology, Tarık Sarvan said the following:

"These products are presented to our valued customers with a special frame and a special junction box. Thanks to the -0%Wp to +3%Wp power tolerance, the modules you purchase are ensured to provide power output at or above the label values and the overall system efficiency is prevented from decreasing due to module mismatch. CW Enerji solar panels are manufactured in our factory in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 50001:2011, ISO 10002:2014, TSE, TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland standards. Our modules are tested by independent testing organizations to ensure that they meet certification compliance and regulatory standards. A limited product warranty of 5-10 years is valid for our special production small panels, and a 25-year performance warranty is valid for solar panels over 260 Wp, just like large solar panels, which we now call large. When we look at the mechanical features, 3.2 or 4 mm low tempered glass is used on the front cover, and we offer a special frame with high strength with anodized aluminum alloy frame. The junction box is IP 65 and 6 diodes, just like the large panels. The cable and connector are included in production with the best current brands and 4mm or 6mm DC cable and MC4 compatible connector are used. When we evaluate the temperature characteristics, it has no difference from large panels and competes with panels over 260 Wp in terms of quality standards."
