CW Enerji Signed 585 Megawatt SPP in 8 Years

Türkiye's leading solar panel manufacturer CW Enerji closed 2018 with 585 MW installed capacity.

CW Enerji, which manufactures solar panels in Antalya Organised Industrial Zone and provides services in the fields of investment and technical consultancy of solar power plants (SPP), project design, system design, power plant installations, license acquisition and operation, as well as project planning, project design, finance and implementation and general maintenance in accordance with the production regulation on licensed and unlicensed solar power plants, has signed 585 megawatt (MW) solar power plants in 8 years.

Founded in 2010 in Antalya, the company accelerated its commercial activities by adding solar panel production to its structure in 2013 and achieved a steady growth by pioneering the birth of a sector in Türkiye. Since its establishment in 2010,CW Enerji has provided project design and project consultancy services to 200 megawatt solar power plant projects. As of December 2018, the company, as the contractor company of a total of 135 megawatts of land and roof solar power plants in Erzurum, Denizli, Kırşehir, Nevşehir, Manisa, Ankara, Antalya, Çorum, Batman, Afyon, Elazığ, Uşak, Amasya, Kars, Çankırı, Osmaniye, Erzincan, Balıkesir, Kütahya, Diyarbakır, Burdur, Isparta, Tokat and Mersin provinces, including 75 megawatts in 2017 and 60 megawatts in 2018, has carried out panel supply, engineering and EPC (application), made turnkey delivery and made it ready for operation. The company also continues to work on additional SPP projects.

In addition, CW Enerji sold 140 megawatts of solar panels in 2017 and 110 megawatts in 2018, totalling 250 megawatts in total. CW Enerji, which exports solar panels and equipment to 21 countries by realising collaborations in Europe, the Balkans and Africa, increased its solar panel production capacity, which was 60 megawatts in 2016 and 450 megawatts as of the end of 2017, to 750 megawatts as of October 2018.

With the increase in production capacity, CW Enerji aims to grow by at least 30 per cent on the basis of domestic sales and at least 60 per cent on the basis of international sales, and aims to increase the annual production capacity of the factory by 30 per cent every year and accordingly increase the number of employment.

CW Enerji, which produces solar energy panels, which were imported to Türkiye in the recent past, in our country with domestic resources, meets the solar energy panel needs of our country and exports Made in Türkiye origin solar panels produced under Turkish brands and standards to all over the world. Taking firm steps towards becoming a world brand by creating a strong direct sales partnership network in many countries of the world from Morocco to Tunisia, Ghana to Germany, Syria to Kosovo, Iraq to Nigeria, CW Enerji aims to increase its exports to 30 countries in 2019 and 40 countries in 2020 with annual production capacity increases.
