CW Enerji Develops Products for Defence Industry

• CW Enerji has carried its successful work in the solar energy sector to the defence industry. CW Enerji will support domestic and national defence with the products developed for the defence industry.

CW Enerji, a technology company that produces solar energy systems, aims to provide radical solutions for the energy needed by the defence industry. CW Enerji continues to work for the defence industry following the R&D studies it has been conducting for several years. Gathering the products it has developed so far under a single roof as ‘CW Defence’, CW Enerji will exhibit the products it has developed at the IDEF 2023 Fair, which will take place on 25-28 July 2023.

Developed products for the defence industry

Since 1993, CW Enerji will participate in the International Defence Industry Fair (IDEF) held in Türkiye and will exhibit many products it has been developing, from mobile military energy generation systems to mobile energy storage systems, from security systems to solar panels resistant to harsh terrain conditions, at the 16th IDEF Fair this year.

‘We Want to Contribute to National Defence’

Stating that they develop products for the defence industry in accordance with technological and military standards with their expert engineers and consultant staff, Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CW Enerji, said: ‘Türkiye has made great strides in the defence industry in recent years. SİHAs and many military vehicles produced with domestic and national facilities in our country make us proud. As CW Enerji, one of the important technology companies of our country, we want to contribute to the domestic and national defence industry with our knowledge and experience in the energy sector.’

Products Developed as ‘CW Defence’

Emphasising that the defence industry is advancing rapidly and that it is very important for nation states to have a robust and strong defence industry, Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CW Enerji, said: ‘Our country should not be dependent on foreign countries in the defence industry. As CW Enerji, we want to support national defence by developing products. We will exhibit the products we have developed at the IDEF 2023 Fair, which will take place on 25-28 July 2023. This is the first fair we will attend for the defence industry. We are excited to participate in this fair. At IDEF, we will explain both the products we have developed and the projects we can do to national and international participants.’
