CW Energy Introduces New Project ‘CW Gençlik’

• CW Energy continues to make a name for itself with its social responsibility projects and support for young people. With the ‘CW Gençlik’ project, the company aims to include university students between the ages of 18-30 in the solar energy sector.

CW Energy continues its social responsibility projects without slowing down. Continuing its support for young people, the company has added a new one to its work in this field. CW Enerji, which will make a difference with the ‘CW Gençlik’ project, held the first launch meeting of the project.
CW Enerji introduced its new project ‘CW Gençlik’ to its dealers from all over Turkey. Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CW Enerji, made the opening speech of the CW Gençlik launch held at the factory located in Antalya Organised Industrial Zone, while the dealers were given detailed information about the project and the CW Gençlik simulation was introduced by the CW Enerji software team. After the meeting where conferences and trainings were held throughout the day, the dealers were informed in detail about the whole process from raw material entry to the shipment of the panels by visiting the factory.

Tarık Sarvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CW Energy, who made statements about the project, said, ‘The aim of our CW Gençlik project is to include young people between the ages of 18-30 in the solar energy sector. In this way, we aim for the sector to reach a wider audience and we enable young people to earn income.’
Stating that they attach importance to social development with the social responsibility projects they realise in various fields, Sarvan said that they are very proud to have signed such a meaningful project. Sarvan added that they will continue to support young people.

About CW Gençlik Project

The project supports young entrepreneurs, supports the career planning of young people and provides a source of income. The application is made through the simulator. Firstly, training videos are watched and the exam is taken. Anyone who scores over 50% and meets the application criteria is accepted into the system. Successful candidates are given CW Gençlik ID No. Simulator and MTS registrations are made. Then CW Gençlik membership is completed.

The CW Gençlik member can receive requests for on grid, agricultural irrigation, battery systems and vehicle charging stations through the simulator and can make a price offer to the end user. The member creates a proforma in accordance with the request received through the simulator. Thus, the customer request is automatically recorded in the MTS. The customer demand recorded in MTS is directed to authorised sales points by CW Energy sales personnel. The CW Gençlik member follows the customer's order via MTS. Thanks to the proforma provided by the CW Gençlik member, the end user has the opportunity for free discovery from authorised sales points. As a result of the discovery, the final proforma is signed and the sale is realised. The CW Gençlik member earns income for each order sold.
