Clean Energy Attack by CW Enerji and Ekol Logistics

• CW Enerji, one of the solar panel manufacturers, continues to make a name for itself in the logistics sector as in many sectors. The company, which uses advanced technologies in the sector and makes a difference with its innovative works, has also collaborated with Ekol Logistics, one of the leading companies in the logistics sector.

• CW Enerji General Manager Volkan Yılmaz said, ‘We won the turnkey tender for the Ekol Logistics SPP project and started the project implementation. With this cooperation, we will have signed the largest roof application of the logistics sector in Türkiye.’

CW Enerji, which is the number one choice of those who want to generate their own electricity with environmentally friendly solar energy, also shook hands with Ekol Logistics, one of the leading logistics providers in Europe. The company won the turnkey tender for the Ekol Logistics solar power plant (SPP) project and started the project implementation.

Making statements on the subject, CW Enerji General Manager Volkan Yılmaz said that they continue to produce permanent solutions to the energy needs of investors in every sector. Yılmaz stated that they have signed a strong cooperation with Ekol Logistics, one of the leading organisations in the logistics sector and one of the leading logistics providers in Europe, and said, ‘We won the turnkey tender for the Ekol Logistics SPP project and started the project implementation. With this cooperation, we will have signed the largest roof application of the logistics sector in Türkiye. Within the framework of our cooperation, a solar power plant with a power of 5628 kWp will be installed on the roof of the company. In the power plant, 14,250 solar panels with 395Wp power will be used. The power plant will generate approximately 6,148,000 kWh/year worth of electricity. The company will save an average of 557 trees annually by meeting a significant part of its energy from the sun.’

Electricity need will be met with solar panels

Stating that Ekol Logistics has once again demonstrated the importance it attaches to the environment with theSPP , Yılmaz noted that the company fulfils its responsibility towards nature and is an example in this field.

Stating that the company has contributed to the use of renewable energy with the SPP , Yılmaz said, ‘Ekol Logistics will meet a significant amount of its electricity needs with our solar panels. In this way, in addition to benefiting the environment, it will also contribute to the national economy. We are very happy to have signed such a beautiful cooperation.’

Stating that they have cooperated with companies serving in different sectors so far and that they continue to equip factory roofs with SPP , Yılmaz said, ‘We carry out our rooftop SPP projects on a turnkey basis with strong EPC partners. We are working with the aim of increasing the use of solar energy systems without compromising on quality with the latest technology. For this purpose, we have installed solar power plants (SPP) on the roofs of companies in many parts of Türkiye so far. We are proud of this.’ Pointing out that they continue to move forward with the slogan ‘We are wherever the sun is’, Yılmaz underlined that every roof can be a solar power plant and companies should benefit from the cheapest clean energy source in the world, which is easily accessible like the sun.
