CW Enerji continues to initiate projects that will drive sectoral development.
A contract worth $4,050,000 has been signed between CW Enerji and Muratlı Karton Kağıt Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., a subsidiary of Bera Holding A.Ş., for the installation of a ground-mounted solar power plant.
Volkan Yılmaz expressed that CW Enerji continues to take important steps in the solar energy sector and that they are pleased to realize new projects. He said, "In this context, we have signed a contract to implement a new project. This agreement with Muratlı Karton Kağıt Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., a subsidiary of Bera Holding A.Ş., which is listed on the star market, is for the installation of an unlicensed electricity generation facility based on solar energy. We signed a contract for the installation of the solar power plant, worth $4,050,000 excluding VAT, for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the land-based solar power plant. We are proud to have secured another agreement that will contribute to our sector."
Yılmaz also emphasized that this project will help Muratlı Cardboard Paper Industry meet its energy needs and reduce costs, while contributing to the use of sustainable energy.
Yılmaz highlighted that companies investing in solar power plants are adopting environmentally friendly energy solutions, stating, "Thanks to solar power plants, companies can recoup their investments in a short period, while also reducing energy costs and minimizing environmental impacts. By generating their own energy, companies increase their energy independence and can look to the future with more confidence. Moreover, companies that invest in green energy solutions in today’s climate crisis also fulfill their social responsibilities. In short, investments in SPP projects not only offer economic and environmental benefits but also strengthen social responsibility awareness."
Yılmaz concluded by stating that CW Enerji will continue to follow advancements in technology closely and keep improving, while continuing to support green energy production and contribute to the country's economy.
